🙂 I tell myself this every time I am stressing too much or I feel like I’m fighting too many battles. I also include in my prayers “I am enough for everything, everyone, and every situation.”
Too often I think we reach for the unreachable, especially with any form of Chronic Pain that drags us down. so I’ve started saying “Only one drama per week.” and “I’m done with this day.”, even if it’s 10:00 in the morning. Once I’ve made the declaration, I go to a calmer place and it helps me stress less. If I don’t put my foot down about these things and give myself a stopping point and then affirm what I’ve already done, I am unpleasant as hell to deal with and be around. I’d much rather be the best version of myself than the worst.
