Staying Healthy With Bipolar Disorder
I disagree with some of this, but the rest is stuff most of us already know because we’ve lived it. If I kept a mood diary, it would scare the world and since I plan on taking over the world one day, I believe in keeping some things to myself. (I’m kidding. On this list should be: Have a sense of humor, even if you’re the only one laughing.)
Above all, do what is right for you and what works for you, and don’t focus so much on what make or may noy be working for others. Learn from each other, but don’t copy each other. Everyone’s body chemistry works differently.
